Roto Frank AG confirms acquisition negotiations with BKV Gluske

“Concrete talks have been going on for some time now.” The Roto Frank AG board of directors confirmed negotiations with BKV Gluske Holding GmbH in Wuppertal with these words. According to the Swabian construction supplier, this concerns the possible acquisition of a “significant share” of the Gluske GmbH company. The reason behind the current report is the Monopolies and Mergers Commission’s publication from the 15^th of August 2008 concerning “ongoing merger proceedings”, entailing compulsory public notice.

“We would like to strengthen the ‘Door’ strategic business area of the window and door technology division with the planned commitment”, reported Dr. Eckhard Keill. As the chairman of the board of directors for Roto Frank AG continued to stress, both companies are already connected by a long-standing cooperation. If the negotiations are successful, it will bring about a meaningful addition to the product range and with it, a further gain in competence.
