International atmosphere in Hungary
The 2nd trade press day in the Hungarian town of Lövö was completely characterised by the meeting of international press representatives. So alongside German representatives, Polish, Lithuanian, Czech, Slovenian and Hungarian journalists were also guests in Lövö, the location of the state-of-the-art architectural hardware production plant in the Roto consolidated production.
Dr. Eckhard Keill, chairman of the board of directors, chief financial officer Michael Stangier and architectural hardware marketing manager Michael Lutscher supplied the extensive programme with the current Roto figures from a retrospective and perspective viewpoint, as well as new highlights from the Roto product portfolio in the run-up to the Fensterbau 2008 in Nuremberg.
Dr. Robert Krisch illustrated both differences and common characteristics of the South-East Europe market under his management with the German market and then gave an expert insight into the comprehensive Roto production plant in Lövö.
A further, currently highly topical subject dedicated to was energy saving. Guest speaker and Dipl.-Ing Rainer Schuele, general manager of the energy agency Regio Freiburg, made it clear at the end of the event how great the energy cost-cutting potential through the renovation of windows is, but also how important the overall view of the “system” house during the redevelopment should be.
