Wherever glass facades heat up the climate of a room, due to the sun, the building needs an intelligent, low-maintenance, ventilation system. The concealed electronic opening and locking system Roto E-Tec Drive works extremely quietly and inconspicuously – the perfect tilt ventilation for Tilt&Turn, Turn-Only and Tilt-Only windows up to 130 kg.

Can be easily connected up to facility management systems

Windows can be opened and closed by means of a switch-, timer-, or sensor – both decentralised as well as centralised. In conjunction with window contacts, Roto E-Tec Drive even interacts with blinds, heating systems or air conditioning systems via data bus or conventional switch inputs.

Security for all requirements

The combination of mechanical and electronic security is recommended for very high security requirements. By means of the use of Roto MVS, the wire-bound, magnetic locking and opening detector for VdS grade C (German association of property insurers), electronically controlled locking and opening monitoring can be easily and inconspicuously integrated.
