MVS - the vigilant eye at the window

Equipped with MVS cable-operated locking and opening detector, windows are transformed into intelligent watchmen.

A magnet in the sash-rebate in combination with a contact, monitors the open and closed status of the window. It reacts as soon as the window has not been locked correctly. In the case of forceful opening or sabotage, the connected burglar alarm system is triggered - VdS grades B+C. (German association of property insurers).

New: Roto MVS LSN - the intelligent BUS system

The new version of the MVS with integrated LSN data bus technology has been developed in partnership by Bosch and Roto.

The decision in favour of LSN technology was not a difficult one; most burglar-alarm control panel and burglar-detector sensor manufacturers are already using LSN. Due to its common use, LSN has become the leading data BUS standard in Germany, particularly in hazard detection technology.

Convenience and security are increased by using the Roto MVS LSN. These are the advantages:

» increased convenience due to single detection recognition and direct display of whether the window or door is open or not locked;
» high sabotage security by means of digital data BUS communication to the contact integrated in the window or door;
» abolition of expensive and lavish so-called coupler modules to connect conventional contacts to LSN systems.
